We are a family-run property management business, operating for over 10 years. To provide housemates with the best living experience possible, we manage all of our properties personally - there's no hassle of dealing with estate agents or expensive admin fees!
We meet every new tenant at initial viewing to ensure they are compatible with existing housemates. And for those who are moving from afar, we offer virtual viewings (Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp Video) to make your life easier. We live nearby, so are always just one phone call away should there be anything you need.
We are also certified with the National Landlord Association and Woking Council.
