Paul is the Joint Managing Director of Black Panther Property. Having spent over 20 years working as a senior executive in some of the largest companies in the world, including Proctor & Gamble, Gillette, Novartis, and Grohe, he left the corporate world in 2014 to set up Black Panther Property, managing the business together with his wife Carol.
A dad of three, Paul is an investor landlord of many talents. He's the man responsible for safety and licensing as well as the general management of the properties, providing you with safe, secure, law-abiding, comfortable and accommodating living conditions. He deals with the accounts as well as runs the business and financial end of the operation.

Carol is the Joint Managing Director of Black Panther Property. Having worked at Natwest bank for many years and then later looking after three children (a full time job in itself!), Carol is your day-to-day contact for anything house-related.
Carol manages Black Panther Property's entire portfolio, arranging viewings with prospective tenants, facilitating check-ins/outs, overseeing inspections, creating tenancy agreements and managing the books. Our extended support team of cleaners, gardeners, window cleaners and maintenance all work under Carol's direction to ensure the smooth running of the houses, swiftly dealing with any repairs or maintenance needs.
